Trish Hylton has been an Oakland resident since 2005. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Trish worked as a Senior Business Manager for Daymon Worldwide, brokering transactions between large commercial food producers and national retail chains. Trish’s experience in the field provides her with a tremendous foundation for helping manage client relationships and negotiating complex contracts.

Trish entered the real estate industry originally as a Project Manager working directly with Aaron Brown. She is extremely well-versed in managing all aspects of the property preparation process and working directly with clients. She is a clear communicator, a strategic planner and a committed advocate. Trish works directly with buyers and sellers to help establish their goals, create an action plan for their success, and execute to achieve results.

As a homeowner and new mom, Trish can fully relate to first-time home buyers and young families looking to build a life in the Oakland and East Bay area. Her husband is a principal of an Oakland public school, and she’s passionate about the future of Oakland’s youth and being part of a thriving and diverse community.
